Supervisor (Seasonal for Summer)

As part of our store management team, you will process product restocks efficiently, assist customers, process sales, and help train sales associates ensuring they have all the tools they need to be successful.

Our ideal candidate has experience in retail, sales, or customer service and is willing to help guide makers through assisting customers and making sales.

Key Holder (Seasonal for Summer)

We are hiring for a key holder position at our White Marsh location.This position is seasonal for our Summer season at our White Marsh location. There is always room to grow with our constantly evolving company. This person will be responsible for working the sales floor, providing quality customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. The key holder will flex into the role of manager on duty to assist supervisors by fulfilling opening/closing procedures, overseeing the sales floor, and delegating tasks to the sales associates.

Our ideal candidate has experience in retail, sales, or customer service and works well in a team environment. They should also be comfortable in the role of a manager to oversee sales associate productivity.

Sales Associate (Seasonal for Summer)

About this Position: Makers of Maryland is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual as a sales associate to assist in customer sales at our store. This person will be responsible for working the sales floor and providing quality customer service while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. This person should be comfortable greeting customers and speaking to them while in the shop to provide product recommendations and answer questions.

Our ideal candidate has experience in retail, sales, or customer service and works well in a team environment.
